At Moreal Sports, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized orders (including specific team logos and custom colors) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Manufacturing Defects
- In the rare event that you receive a product with a structural flaw or printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/PayPal).
- The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs
- For Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For Defects: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Moreal Sports will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
5. International Orders
- Please note that for international exports, customs duties and local taxes paid at the time of import are non-refundable by us.
